You can’t change what you can’t see. What does this mean? If areas of your life are causing stress, anxiety, or overwhelm or aren’t working effectively, acknowledging how you feel and recognising your ability to shift these states is your responsibility. This course answers several burning questions; What are the two most powerful words in the English language? Why do they hold so much power? How do I silence negativity? How can I adopt a positive mindset? How can I change my fear-based story from a place of love? What are some simple and effective self-care habits?

There is also a resources section with questions for reflection, a link to a Spotify playlist, and a few downloadable pdf’s, including a self-care plan.
