‘Fear of Going Out’ Workshop
As we return from a Covid induced hibernation, life after lockdown can be filled with stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. The enormity of the impact on our daily lives, routines and activities are unique to each individual. Yet, we can’t deny the fear-based information of the media and our leaders, who we expect to have our best interests in mind. Now we must stop, be still and listen to the wisdom of our hearts.
To help you do this, we’re running a one time 90 minute workshop on November 24th at 7:30pm lead by Layne Beachley!
This workshop is the perfect opportunity to connect you with your heart. Designed to help you detach from fear, bring back the fun and find your flow, ninety minutes of practical and impactful tips and tricks backed by science and inspired by my life lessons and experiences. Equipping you with a toolkit of resources to ground you in the moment, surround you with safety and anchor you in love.
More centred, connected and confident.
