Join Us on Saturday 28th September and Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research
Walking Together. Standing Together. Stronger Together.
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
In fact, every day in Australia, 9 people will die by suicide.
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
Our team will be taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
We’re walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute, so that they can put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to us if you donated to support our walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
So what’s the game plan for Saturday?
- 7:00 am: Meet us at the beach! We’ll be the ones with all the good vibes.
- 7:30 am: Get moving with a warm-up led by the amazing Layne and Tess – it’s gonna be quick, but trust us, it’ll get you fired up!
- The Walk: Bushwalk time! We’re trekking it to North Head (there are stairs involved, so get ready to feel that burn ), and then we’ll zen out with a beautiful meditation.
-
8:30 am: We’ll head back to The Boathouse for some well-deserved mimosas (or OJ if that’s more your vibe). Cheers to making a difference!

Kids are welcome if they can do the walk with us and they must be accompanied by an adult.
Note: This walk will include hills and stairs, so please consider this when choosing to join us on this walk.
